• Clothes must be of current style, designer quality (Ellen Tracy and above) and should not be older than two years.
  • Clothes must be dry-cleaned and on hangers.
  • Clothes may be brought to the store for review Monday – Friday between 10 am – 4 pm and Saturdays by appointment.
  • Sale price of merchandise will be divided 50% - 50%.
  • Consigner must call prior to the 12 th of each month to request a check for that month’s sales. Checks are also available for pick-up on the 16 th of each month.
  • Consigners who wish to receive their check by mail must provide Ragamoffyn’s with a stamped, self-addressed envelope.
  • Ramamoffyn’s assumes no liability in the event of theft, loss, or damage to merchandise.
  • Pricing of merchandise is reflected as follows:
    • 45 days @ regular price
    • 45 days @ sale price (50% sale)
  • Ragamoffyn’s reserves the right to split suits for better pricing.
  • Ragamoffyn’s reserves the right to retain high-end designer merchandise for an extended period of time.
  • At the end of 90 days consigner must collect unsold merchandise or release Ragamoffyn’s to donate items to charity.
  • By appointment, Ragamoffyn's will pick up your items for consignment.
